1. Driver’s License: Valid driving license & original ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN) must be provided.
2. Fuel Policy: Vehicle will be provided with fuel; please return with the same level.
3. Late Return: Delay beyond the scheduled return time will be charged at ₹300 per hour. If the vehicle is retained for more than 24 hours beyond the agreed return time, additional hourly charges ranging from ₹300 to ₹500 per hour will apply, depending on the type of vehicle.
4. Mileage Limit: The vehicle may be driven up to 300 km within a 24-hour period. If the total distance exceeds 300 km, an additional charge of ₹6 to ₹7 per kilometer will apply, depending on the type of vehicle.
5. Damage Policy: Any physical damage, dent, or accident will be chargeable as per actual repair cost.
6. Traffic Violations: Customer is responsible for all challans, fines, or penalties during the trip.
7. Outstation Travel: Allowed within India; inform before trip for approval.
8. Cleanliness: Vehicle should be returned clean; ₹500 cleaning fee will apply for excess dirt or stains.
9. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 will be required, depending on the type and value of the vehicle. The exact deposit amount will be determined based on the vehicle selected.
10. Vehicle Pickup & Drop: No additional charges will apply if the customer handles the vehicle pickup and drop-off personally. If pickup and/or drop-off services are arranged by us, applicable service charges will be added.
11. Deposit Refund: Refund within 24 hours post-vehicle inspection.
12. Cancellation Policy:
48 hrs before trip – Full refund
Within 24 hrs – 50% refund
13. Breakdown Assistance: 24×7 roadside assistance available (within operational limits).
